Meet Kelly
Hi, I'm Kelly. I've been leading since I was eleven.
I started my first business at 11 and never really stopped. I spent nearly two decades in corporate Learning & Development, most recently as a Senior Director of Global L&D, and I've logged more than 750 hours coaching leaders one on one.
I'm also a recovering perfectionist, so I know how much of leadership is inner work. My job is to help you lead in a way that feels like you and gets real results for your team.
